All Over

There was endless questioning and searching for a tiny bit about you. It was unnecessary now that I look back.

For this obsessive probing was so distant in nature. You ended up not being impressed by my spontaneity and also my questions. It is funny that for some, they are happy with my inquiries, whereas others find it to be intrusive.

I think you were rather gentlemanly. Your quaint smile and eyes of being inviting, yet guarded.

I wish you better luck this time. Xx

The Imitation Game Movie

For some, this movie may seem to be too much of an intellectual and “thinking” – type of film to see with friends or “for fun”. My opinion? This movie makes you think; in a way where you are always on the edge of your seat to want to know what is coming next, what the characters will attempt to do, to be, to want.

The storyline, although not completely representative of the life Alan Turing led, is tied up nicely and portrayed with a delicate yet believable touch.

If you have the time or curiosity to go see this film, please do. It is worth every second. Benedict Cumberbatch and Keira Knightley served this movie justice, tenfold.

Divergent [movie trailer]

I’ve recently just finished the first novel in this trilogy, and though I have my doubts, the movie does look enticing. Set in the dystopian era, it speaks of rebellion and courage stemming out at times when even we ourselves didn’t know we possessed these qualities. Walking away from replication and familiarity can be hard when we’re surrounded and drowning by it, but it’s possible.
